Postage & Returns


Most orders are sent by by Australia Post. Shipping is calculated based on weight and delivery postcode. An additional freight charge may be applied for particularly heavy or larger items or for delivery to rural or remote locations. All goods must be signed for upon receipt so please bear this in mind when giving us a delivery address. If your goods are in stock they will normally be sent within two days of ordering. Items that are made-to-order, or shipped from overseas, have individually specified delivery times. If you have any questions about delivery times, particularly of items specially ordered from overseas, please call or e-mail us. If you need something urgently or have any special delivery requests, let us know and we will do our best to help you.


Macedon Ranges Interiors takes exceptional care with the selection and delivery of your goods however, if you are not happy you may return your goods if they are damaged or incorrect from those ordered within 7 days of receipt. The packaging and goods must remain intact and must not have been used in any way.

Personalised goods may not be returned unless they are faulty.

We cannot take any responsibility for goods lost in transit so please get some proof of postage when returning items. Returns will be assessed by and at the discretion of Macedon Ranges Interiors. We will offer either a refund (limited to the original price paid for the goods excluding postage) or a credit note. We will not be liable for any amount over and above the price paid for the goods.
